Just a reminder: The Verona Area High School FFA club and district-wide school social workers, along with Joining Forces for Families, are sponsoring a holiday gift opportunity, “Helping Hands”, for children and their young siblings from low-income families attending Verona Area Schools.

Beginning this year, families in need should click here to complete this electronic form
before November 22nd. If a family is unable to complete the electronic form, they should contact one of the individuals listed at the bottom of this page who works in their respective school.

Donations up through December 12th are always welcome for Helping Hands as gifts go to students only within our school district. When shopping for the holidays, feel free to pick up a gift or two for a child between ages 1 – 18 (note that older elementary through high school-age gifts are often overlooked.) No single gift should exceed $30 and should be left unwrapped, and then dropped off at any school in the district for the Helping Hands program.

We truly appreciate your kindness and good will during the holiday season. Thank you.
